Every week in August, we’ll select one Eye Care Practice to receive a free lunch on us — as a way to say thanks for all that you do. Whether you’re part of a clinical care team, optical retailer, or behind-the-scenes lab, we want to spotlight your people and share your story.
How to Enter: Celebrate Your Team
Throughout August, Hilco Vision is recognizing the dedicated professionals who keep eye care moving forward — from clinical teams to optical staff and lab technicians.
Each week, one nominated practice will receive a complimentary lunch (up to $250 value) as a small gesture of our appreciation. Selected practices will also be featured in our social media and email spotlights.
There are three easy ways to participate:

Submit a brief entry with your practice details and a short note on what makes your team stand out.
Nominate your practice → - Share on Social Media
Post a photo of your team on Instagram or Facebook, tag @hilco_vision , and use the hashtag #YourPeopleYourPracticeOurTreat.
Including your practice name, location, and a few words of appreciation helps us get to know you better. - Engage with Our Campaign Posts
Comment on our official posts with your practice name and a few team member shout-outs. You may be selected for a feature or bonus consideration.

Terms & Conditions
*Lunch value capped at $250 per winning office. Void where prohibited
1. Eligibility: Open only to Eye Care Practices (ECPs) located in the United States.
2. Selection Criteria: Winners will be selected at Hilco Vision’s sole discretion.
3. Compliance: Hilco Vision complies with all applicable federal and state laws including AKS.
4. Transfers and Tax Reporting: Non-transferable, may be reported under transparency requirements.
5. Media Release: By participating, practices consent to photo/video documentation unless opted out.
6. Right to Modify or Cancel: Hilco reserves the right to cancel or modify at any time.
